Our shipping department cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your order. Modalexi is not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

Refunds

Would you like to exchange or return a product? This can be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

We offer a 14-day return policy. Please contact us for return requests.

If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Special sales bundles cannot be partially refunded. If a refund is requested under our 30-day money-back guarantee policy for a special sales bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to qualify for a full refund.
